Our

Process

scroll

Our sets are carefully thought out to ensure guests are not only entertained... but also up and dancing all night!

We refine and balance the order, style and tempo of songs performed - always adapting - so that everyone is catered for. Each gig is customised to suit our clients unique, often bespoke personal requirements.

DEFINE

Start by telling us what you need from your band.

We'll request specific information from you about timings, location, expectations, unique event requirements and guest numbers.

We may also require information on the venues technical aspects. E.g, is power provided if playing in an outdoor marque?

Don't have all the answers yet?  Not a problem - we are highly flexible, even later in the booking process.

QUOTE

Taking onboard our clients 'best case scenario' wants, we provide a detailed quote with prices and performance breakdowns.

Typically for evening performances, we quote two sets of 60 minutes each in length; suitable for the majority of wedding and corporate events.

We also offer day-time music options and additional services, such as DIY discos and lighting solutions.

BOOK

If you're happy with the quote and looking to proceed, we keep the next steps simple...

First, we'll ask for a £100 deposit, securing your date in our collective calendars.

We'll then contact you in advance of the event date to reconfirm and delve into detailed requirements for the day - often working with venue coordinators.

Then, we'll do a last minute check-in days before, reducing stress wherever possible.

PERFORM

On the day we'll arrive at the agreed setup time; we require 60 minutes to unload and soundcheck fully.

We'll perform sets as agreed to an exceptionally high standard - working hard to engage with audiences.

In breaks, we'll play suitable music to save any silent points.

Once complete, we'll efficiently pack-down so-as not to impose on the remainder of the event

 - leaving you with happy long lasting memories.

Question:

What is a ceilidh?

Good question, you'll probably know it better as a barn
dance. Essentially a 'caller' gets your guests up and
dancing, explaining and guiding them through each
dance routine. We, the band, provide instrumental
tunes to accompany this - normally starting slow and
building up as people get to grips with the moves! It's
incredibly good fun and a perfect way to avoid 'empty
dance floor' scenarios, with everyone getting involved.
You could even share your first dance as part of the
ceilidh.
